Q: Does this come with the screws ?

No.I did not receive the screws used to anchor the strap to the watch itself . I used the existing ones on the watch around it very easy to do

Q: what is the length of the straps

The long part of the strap is 120mm,The short part of the strap is 75mm. I only have a small wrist and used hole number 4 from the watch there is a total of 11 holes for adjustment, I hope that this helps.

Q: What is the width of the end of the strap through which the metal spindle or spring bar passes?

This is a strap speciofically for the Casio 3229 watch and will not fir a 'normal' watch. The end of the straps are moulded beyond the sprindle to fit this watch. It is 23mm across where the spindle fits and 28mm across at its end. It witll not fit between projections on a normal watch which uses a sprung spindle.

Q: Is this strap made out of leather or resin

It is not leather and seems to be resin or similar. It does the job.
