Loon Outdoors Combo Pack - Floatant and Desicant with a Large Loon Caddy

Both products worked great during my recent fly fishing trip to Colorado. Kept my Elk hair Caddis, Blue Winged Olive dry flies and wool strike indicators floating high.Nylon “holster” clips to a vest or chest pack and makes dispensing both products super easy.No complaints!

This is a great holder for both types of float ants (gel and powder) on one convenient holder that clips to your fly fishing vest. It is great because you don' t have to search around in pockets for floatant while you are mid-stream!

Snatch these up now while they are being sold like this. Not often do you find a set of good quality floatants with a saddle to seat both and with a clip so convenient it will hook right on a pack or extending draw from your vest. Use the aquel on flies before casting and then refresh them with shake whenever they start losing their float on the water and you can fish the same dry fly for hours on end.

This package of floatant and desicant is the best solution I have found for anglers who use sling bags/packs to fly fish. This is the only floatant that I have been able to hold on to for an extended period of time, I always manage to misplace them. This product clips right on to my sling pack strap and its stayed there for months. I could not be happier with this purchase.

Does what it suppose to do only used the container to dry the flies so far. Haven't used the floating agent because all of my flies where already treated prior to buying this

This is a great item. It keeps both your floatant and desicant powder close at hand. It works great for me!

This is the first time I’ve been disappointed with any Loon products. The floatant and powdered drier both work great, as usual for Loon products. But the caddy has been poorly designed with the hole at the bottom used to support the floatant far too small for the bottle floatant. The hole seems to have been designed for the bottle neck, with the cap unscrewed. The problem is that the thickness of the webbing material used prevents the cap being screwed back on sufficiently to reseal the bottle. As designed, this results in floatant leaking out. So the only way to use the caddy without leaking floatant is to enlarge the hole to allow the full cap to pass through. The problem is that the hole has been created using a cheap burn-through method with a hot punch, so any attempt to enlarge the hole results in a cracked and ragged edge.
