Will this replace the stock Horn in a 2020 Vespa 300gts?

If the Vespa has a one bolt attachment for the original horn, it may work!

Will this fit a 2008 sportster 1200?

It can be fitted under the steering column on most bikes where the stock horn is located....however, be cautious as the travel of your forks could cause the horn to bang into the fender. First horn I put on dented the back side of my front fender when I hit a pothole and the forks compressed. I have since remounted the horn on the inside of my engine guard bars. You can find hinged bar clamps for the engine guards to mount the horn to. Make sure it is the size for the diameter of your engine guard bars.

what is difference from Stebel 11690053 and stebel 11690039?

The "Compact Tuning" version (11690053) has a 'chrome' plastic shell that covers the entire horn. The more common version (11690039) simply has a silver coating on the diaphragm and horn bell.

Will this come with everything needed for a 2006 road king classic. And does it have the hardware to bolt where the original horn is?

I was able to bolt to the original bolt-up position on my 2003 Indian chief. I did buy as a set with the relay. I love it it works great beats all the little beep beep. Its a real horn that people take note of when you let it fly.
