I ordered this because I was traveling and forgot to pack the swivel elbow. It came quickly and worked well with my F20 mask. I'd say it may be a little louder than the one made by resmed, but not much.The real highlight is the headgear. The velcro is strong and it stays secure. I think I prefer it to the headgear that comes with the F20 from resmed. I highly recommend both as an affordable backup, and the headgear as a potential main use item.

The elbow is a poor design. Does not have the small interior air deflector to prevent air from blowing directly into your nose which is irritating. Headgear is ok

Fits better than the usual Chinese crap. It still stretches too much, requiring replacement.

First head strap I’ve purchased where the Velcro isn’t super weak, glad I branched out from the others I usually buy over and over. Here’s hoping it lasts

The headgear is a perfect comparable replacement for the much pricier original equipment headgear for my Airfit CPAP machine. It is especially helpful that it also comes with not only the magnetic clips some others sell separately, but also a swivel connector to allow me to use my other hoses without having to remove the connector when washing/sanitizing them. I'm glad I ordered this particular set. Recommended.

Elbow leaks no matter what you do. My machine went from about 5l to 22-27l I sent it back and bought the one from Resmed more money but works perfect.

I know the price point is attractive but I didn't care for this headset. I bought a new one shortly after the velcro is inverted and it was a pain to adjust when its on. If the straps weren't on perfectly It was uncomfortable. The elbow was fine and perfect. But other than thay I wouldn't bother with this item.
