Why I bought: I was looking to take some supplements that would aid in anti inflammatory effects as well as good for the heart. The supplement world is a daunting one because it's not regulated by the FDA or really any other reputable third party. So when, looking for supplements I recommend those with a 3rd party certification like NSF sport or Informed Choice. These 3rd party certifications check for purity and heavy metal contamination so I can have confidence that I'm ingesting safe supplements. Anyway, this version of Nordic Naturals Fish oil is NSF certified and overall is a quality company. Value: 4/5 – Very good; but on the expensive end; likely due to the NSF certification Highlights: no fishy aftertaste or weird burps; NSF certification; non-GMO; wild caught Room for Improvement: if it were in the $20-$25 range I'd buy these regularly; but I decided to go with their standard option due to pricing Final Take: This is an excellent fish oil that has 3rd party certifications that confirm its purity and quality. For athletes that undergo testing, this is THE option to go with.

No after taste - no fishy smell and a great price. I researched all over after being introduced to it by Athletes Performance in Pensacola FL. They recommend it and give it to the Pro and Tactical Athletes. It also carries a NSF tag - certifying that what is listed as being in the product is in the product. Given the stringent guidelines for what Pro and Tactical Athletes can and cannot take, this is a great marker for knowing what is in a product. I am a repeat buyer. Would I buy again? Most Definitely!!

Excelente Omega 3 y a buen precio

Knocked off one star because it spoiled before I could finish the bottle. Went rancid after just three weeks. Luckily only about a week of pills remained when I threw it out. Otherwise, before spoiling, the best fish oil tablet I've used. I wanted the extra vitamin D-3 and this product has it.

I searched for omegas that were quality, third party tested, pure and sourced from smaller fish. The Nordic Naturals brand meets this bar. I wanted a dose that would enhance my diet, which is better than most as I do eat oily fish at least once per week. Also, having the added Vitamin D was a better option than cod liver oil because I couldn't find a brand that met the same quality standards at a similar price per dose. No issue swallowing and no fishy burps. Will stick to this reputable brand.
