I’ve had this installed for over a year now and it still works fine . No issues with it whatsoever. Easy installation , not to loud . If installed behind the wall you can barely hear it

used to have extra toilet down stairs I am having trouble as macerator is running all the time wont stop I am waiting for plumber to call. But has worked well up to now.

We were very happy to receive the macerator two days sooner then we expected, nicely and securely packed. We had exactly the same one for over four years and it would have probably last longer if a punger was not used. Very happy with it as it does not make too much noise and it did not need to be reset for more then a handful of times during this time. Very good value for money. I hope the new ones will be as good as the previous one.

Working as required but needed sink waste to be replumbed as there’s no none return valve on lower inlet all inlets are direct into / out of tank. Allowing contents to flow out of lower connector into pipe . I haded to re plumb pipework to include ups and between outlet and sink. Not ideal

A good macerator for the price. Our old one started to leak so needed this as a replacement- the waste hole was a little smaller but our plumber managed to get round that and fix it all in. Much quieter than our old Macerator. Hopefully it will last as long as that did! UPDATE:didn't last at all its 16months old and already its broken and the toilet its on gets very little use- as others have said it ends up just continuously running

The design of this product is ridiculous!!!! The inlet of the shower is too high so the shower waste inlet is at the same height as the shower base. The mere physics will make the water from the shower impossible to get out fast enough if at all. The inlet for the wash basin is on the top of the pump, it is possible to make it work but not ideal at all. All other good designs have the inlet athe bottom of the pump and this makes it very easy to install. Trust me I never take the time to provide bad reviews but this design is so awful I could not stay silent. They should stop selling this item it is goingt o hurt their reputation. Still waiting for return approval almost after 24 hours, but I have no choice than make a phone complaint with Amazon.
