Fantastic batteries!
Approximately 8 months since I installed these batteries for 48v 400ah connected to a split phase12kw Solar Inverter. They batteries have been functioning top notch ever since. At a fraction of the cost compared to other completors. These batteries seem to hold up to the strenuous constant cycles of everyday use. 48v and 400ah will power my whole house needs for 2.5 days living normal without sun including well, without use of dryer, stove and still have 30% remaining.

WEIGHT, PERFORMANCE & CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I received an email from the seller a few days after ordering and it was explained to me that they could only supply ONE tracking number due to Amazon's limitations on such things for ONE ORDER. I ordered the twin pack. They wanted me to know because only ONE battery might arrive with the other one the next day or so. Well, it turns out they BOTH arrived together on the same day. This indicated that someone with their company realized that if a customer only received one battery, and, they ordered TWO, they might become very concerned that they spent so much money and only received one battery. They wanted me to know that they had to use two tracking numbers but Amazon would not allow for them to use both, so it might look to the customer that only one battery was sent. This, to me, indicates the seller is a forward thinker when it comes to customer service. I was impressed with the weight AND performance, so far. These batteries went to work the same day as they arrived, along with a 24v inverter I ordered elsewhere. These batteries were used right off the bat to supply power to two small refrigerators, fans and lights for about a half a day due to a power outage. They didn't seem to discharge much at all and I was very very happy about that. I have only used 12v systems in the past but these batteries are a game changer to me. I am very pleased with the batteries and how they have performed right out of the box. The weight is very important to me as I am not really interested in any batteries that get to over 50 lbs. I am getting old and as I age I have no interest in moving around very heavy items that require help in moving them. These babies weight just under 40 lbs !! I have seen the negative complaints and I suppose I should feel lucky. I may pick up a few more of these and have two small 24v systems. For those with only 12v experience, try a couple of these with a good 24v inverter and enjoy next lever power performance for your personal needs. Very satisfied here!

Good battery, very good price, Bluetooth is nice but not perfect
UPDATE December 30: Eco Worthy contacted me about to address the issues I experienced, and this is encouraging and enough to warrant an extra star for several reasons. 1. Simply knowing that Eco Worthy has responsive customer service is comforting; a concern buying any product is, will there be support if I encounter problems? With Eco Worthy, the answer appears to be a definitive "yes". 2. They are aware of the firmware update issues, and a fix should be available soon via an app update. The update isn't available at the time I'm writing this, but it's good to know they continue to develop the app. 3. They acknowledged that the idle disconnect for the Bluetooth module is intentional, to reduce power consumption. This is understandable, and probably not a huge issue in the real world. I do wish it were possible to extend the timeout, however. 4. Regarding the 19.4º F charging cut off temperature, they mentioned that their tech team states that the impact of charging in the winter should be minimal. I can't evaluate that myself, but it's worth noting that they feel the cut off temperature is reasonable and won't cause significant issues. Overall, my assessment is that the battery is well built, at a very good price, and will suit most people well. The Bluetooth function, while not perfect, is useful; my older, smaller 24V battery doesn't include Bluetooth at all, so it's a nice inclusion that hopefully will improve with updates from Eco Worthy. If you plan on frequently charging in below freezing weather, a battery with a self-heating option may be more appropriate, but for most folks, this Eco-Worthy battery should be perfectly sufficient and at a much better price. My original review follows. ----------- I've got mixed feelings about this battery and I am debating whether to return it and instead get a higher-end, but much more expensive, 24V from a different brand. However, my concerns may not be important to you, making this battery a good value for some people. PROS: 1. Very good price for a 24V 100Ah battery (which as the same energy/watt-hours as a 12V 200Ah battery). A few years ago, I paid more than this for a battery with half the capacity. 2. Built in state-of-charge (SoC) display on the unit, with LEDs for 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100%. I haven't tested to see how accurate this is, but it could be convenient. Note you have to press a button for these LEDs to turn on, and they will stay on for 3 minutes if there is no current flowing into or out of the battery (i.e, you're not charging it or drawing current from it). Keep that 3 minutes in mind later. 3. Not a bad weight (around 45 pounds) and it has built in handles, so it's easy to transport. 4. It does, in my limited testing, what a battery is supposed to do: it takes a charge. It provides power. CONS: 1. The battery isn't huge, and the weight is very reasonable, but Eco-Worthy could have made it smaller: It's the same size as their 12V 280Ah battery (40% larger capacity, in watt-hours), and wrapping on the case, you can tell there's a good deal of empty space in there. Not a big deal, but space can be at a premium in an RV, camper, truck, etc. 2. Bluetooth is very flaky. While I have had some random disconnects, the main thing is that the Bluetooth module will automatically power off after 3 minutes if there's not a sufficient enough power draw (or charge). You could be connected via the app, at it'll still shut off, disconnecting the Bluetooth connection. To turn it back on, you have to physically push a button on the battery, defeating the purpose of remote monitor. Consider a refrigerator: the compressor does not run continuously, and the standby current is very low (the app reports it as zero), so the monitor will turn off if you don't have other loads, or a charger, connected. I also tested with a 5W LED; this low draw was not enough to register in the app or keep the Bluetooth module powered on. 3. Bluetooth will even turn off when performing a firmware update in the app. At first, I was afraid the module bricked itself, as it powered off during an update, but after trying literally dozens of times and for more than an hour, I finally got it to update and allow Bluetooth connections again. Even when the unit stays powered, the update process is extremely unreliable; it would fail at around 20-80% complete, and you'd have to start all over. To add to the problems, the app won't tell you whether there's an update available; it will always let you update, even if you're on the latest version. That means, you may enter this cycle of multiple failed update attempts for nothing. Or, you may say, forget it, and miss important fixes because the update process is so unreliable and painful. 4. I couldn't get WiFi to work at all, and the instructions are unhelpful. I did find that you have to create an account before you connect the app to the battery (using Bluetooth does not require an app); if you connected before setting up an account, you'll have to remove the battery from the app and start over. 5. At least a few times, I connected via the app and it showed 0% charge and 0 amps current, even though the battery was at 99% state-of-charge and supplying current. 6. Bluetooth connections aside, the app could use some work. It's decent, but when something goes wrong (like the firmware update), the error messages are not helpful. In at least one case, the error message hadn't been translated from Chinese to English. It might have been the most informative error message ever, if your read Chinese, which I do not. 7. My biggest complaint, and the main reason I am considering returning this, is that the low-temperature charge protection is at -7ºC/19.4ºF. To be fair, this temperature is mentioned in the Amazon description, but I didn't notice it at the time I ordered. Charging LiFePO4 batteries below freezing (0ºC/32ºF) is not recommended, as it can permanently damage them. According to a forum post, Eco-Worthy replied to another customer, "We recommend to charge the battery above 0℃ to prolong battery life. And the battery allow to charge within -7 to 0 ℃ for emergencies. Charging in this temperature range can cause a little bit of damage to the battery, but will not affect too much for battery performance." That's not very comforting. The low-temperature protection may not be important to you: You may never charge it below freezing, or you may rely on low-temperature protection in your charger (AC, solar, or DC-DC). But I would put this battery in the bed of my truck, and use it on camping trips where we will be in the teens. Likewise, you might not care about the Bluetooth; you might use something like a Victron SmartShunt to monitor the battery, so Eco-Worthy's flaws may not bother you at all. If that's the case, then don't be too concerned about my flaws; this Eco-Worthy battery may be a great value. For me, I'm considering whether I can live with these limitations, or splurge on a battery which is much more expensive but has excellent reviews.
