Worked as Expected, Good Value
Ordered this ram upgrade for my refurbished HP EliteDesk 800 G1. Photo shows "before" memory upgrade which consisted of 2 4GB memory modules (8GB total). This is a "mini" PC (only about 10 X 10 inches) so only 2 memory memory slots. PC seemed to run OK with 8GB (max possible was 16GB) but Google seemed to often not load a new internet screen without using "Reload" from a drop-down menu. Online search suggested that problem may be insufficient ram. So, I figured that more ram at least couldn't hurt. There seem to be many different suppliers to choose from at many prices. I wanted to replace the 2 4GB modules with 2 8GB modules (16GB total). Perhaps a single 16 GB module would have worked but I didn't want to add any more unknowns than necessary so I wanted 2 8GB modules. In the HP, the ram modules are readily accessible and easily removed and replaced. Not swapping ram in and out much anymore, the module configuration specification numbers were to some extent undecipherable to me. So, I looked for replacements that had most if not all of the same specifications. Furthermore, it was not exactly clear if the offer (price) was for one or two modules. THESE modules had the exact numbers plus said "kit" so I knew I was getting 2 modules. Installation was literally a 1 minute job! Of course, be careful and concerned about physical damage and ESD damage. I took a number of photos before replacement including photos of the various external cable connections. I further cloned the internal SSD drive to an external drive that I regularly use for weekly clones. At startup after upgrading, the BIOS recognized that the ram configuration had changed and showed "press F1" to do something. In the "old" days, you HAD to go into the BIOS and agree or set the new size. Here, I just pressed any key without getting into the BIOS and the PC successfully booted into W10. I could visually see that speed of had increased. Next, had to verify that everything was working. Everything except my USB sound speakers was working fine. I didn't see how the memory upgrade could possibly affect sound. Online suggested to "reload" the sound driver. I did and this fixed it. Haven't seem the Google "reload" requirement. In summary, easy, safe upgrade for me and good price and quality - they work!

Quickest and most cost-effective way to upgrade your computer. BEEF UP THAT RAM!
RAM arrived quickly and well-packaged (BRAND NEW). The installation was very easy (once I watched a quick video on how to install RAM) for me, I used it in my iMac (Retina 5k, 27-inch, Late-2015). My system came with 8Gb and even with a factory reset and reinstall of the OS...it just seemed not so quick. I upgraded from 8Gb to 32Gb and the speed increase was immediately noticeable. As I understand it, another upgrade to a Solid State Hard Drive (SSD) would do WONDERS for the speed and efficiency of my computer. However, in the meantime this RAM upgrade will do the trick for now. I definitely recommend this product and as always AMAZON COMES THROUGH IN THE CLUTCH! My only warning to people who may be doing this for the first time is to pay attention to the type and form factor of RAM that your system uses. For example; know whether your PC uses DIMM, SIMM, SODIMM, UDIMM (etc) and know the speed of the RAM (1600mhz, 1867mhz, etc.)

Like brand new
I have an old laptop that I have had for years and it was running very slowly. I figured adding some memory would help a little. I bought the Timetec 16GB Kit and what an improvement. My laptop immediately recognized the new memory and it is like night and day. The performance increase has my laptop running like it is brand new. My laptop is running Windows 10 and it has been running very smooth and quick since. The installation was quick and easy. I had actually purchased another kit previously and my laptop did not recognize it but this kit worked perfectly.

Solid Upgrade for Older Systems
The Timetec 32GB kit with four 8GB DDR3L 1600MHz modules is a reliable and cost effective way to boost performance in compatible setups. Installation was straightforward and the system recognized the memory without issues. Multitasking and load times improved noticeably especially for older machines that needed a refresh. While it does not match the speed of newer DDR4 or DDR5 options it delivers consistent results for legacy builds. A smart choice for breathing new life into aging hardware.

Works as it should
I bought this stick of RAM for my neighbor, who was running software to control his milling machine. He would run programs on it to make stuff and the app would crash. As part of the troubleshooting process, we upgraded his ancient Dell desktop from 4GB to 8GB of RAM using this stick. Pros 1. Nice to see RAM this old still for sale from reputable places. 2. Fit like it was supposed to. 3. Registered as 8GB of RAM in Windows after the upgrade. 4. Thanks to the RAM upgrade, the milling software crashes less often. Cons 1. None really. Ultimately, I also needed to install an SSD on top of the RAM to stop the milling software (I think it was called Mach 3?) from crashing while it was running a program. But, now my neighbor has double the RAM and faster storage, thereby solving all of his problems. Would recommend to give a little extra functionality to an aging computer. This RAM works just fine.

Balance between performance, heat, and power draw.
Got this to give a vintage 2013 laptop new life. I needed 16 GB of RAM because of the way Samsung drive magic cached the SSD to Ram. I actually work from a Ram drive in this scenario, not the drive itself. Works great! 32GB would have added too much heat and battery drain, combined with a 35 watt processor and two drives. With 16 GB I usually run at 7 to 9 GB of Ram usage. Dell Inspiron 17R-5720, 3rd gen i7-3612QM APU, 1x SATA 6 2.5” Samsung EVO 870 SSD @512GB & 1x mSATA 215GB Transcend SSD.

Good price and arrived on time.
Upgraded 2 PC's with 8GB each to boost total to 12GB each. Improved performance immediately. Kept everything in memory and rarely swapped out.
