This was a great purchase. Easy to setup and great price. It came with activation code and sim card was already installed. The only downside for me was I setup automatic refill through TracFone and they screwed it up and I still had to contact them to get straightened on so we'll see if next month is simplified with autopay to auto refill. However, the initial experience was excellent. Great for a second phone or even a main phone.

I have another A15 5G. This one is equally good in quality and function. The phone felt brand new. With the advertised speed and ease of use. I faced difficulty reloading my balance after the trial month was up though. Phone still works perfect, just had a hard time understanding how to pay the phone bills. Still worth it since it is cheaper than main stream providers.

This Samsung phone is very clear comes with fingerprint security lots of storage capacity and has a long battery life this phone is high quality camera and love the screen size

Bought one of these earlier this week and Im really impressed with it considering how cheap it is. My other phone is a Samsung s22 ultra and the A15 runs exactly the same operating system after updating it. The phone runs really smooth and does everything i need it to do. The only thing I miss is the always on display that the fancy models have, but I can live without it for the price. The camera is ok, not going to win any awards for photography, but its fine for average pictures. I added a 256gb micro SD card for additional storage since the phone itself only has 64gb. Will honestly opt for buying these instead of the $1200-$1400 samsung phones the next time I need to replace my main phone. Its hard to beat at this price.

This phone is garbage. Slow, locks, cheap junk. To top it off, I've had Tracfone service for a year and they are awful. Horrible service, every month when my auto pay is charged, my phone is shut off and I have to call their awful customer service and have them figure out the problem (they always have a different excuse). Run

Works well overall but tends to lag and apps tend to crash at times but then that's my experience. It's a pretty phone that gets the jobs done: making calls, texting, downloading and using apps, using wifi, etc. Battery life is pretty good too.

The phone network is lock and they ask me to give them money before they can unlock the network very very very bad sales
