I really love this walker. It’s heavy, but not too heavy to easily move. I’m 72 and had a treadmill and hated it because it was hard to move, it was loud, and impossible to store. This walker has a firm walking area, is very quiet and is easy for me to move and store. The batteries for the hand rail are in an awkward spot and I wish there was a extra locked spot for the handrail.

So far so good! I purchased this walking pad because my other one died after a year. I am praying this one holds up and it seems like it is holding up much better than the other one already. The belt doesn't slip, it goes fast (you can run on it, but I usually walk), I use it DAILY for 20-40 min a day. Easy to assemble, the only thing I really had to do was align the belt, it was a bit off straight out of the box and kept going to one side. It's great because it doesn't take up much space. Any level could use this to get in more steps!

Arrived well packaged and runs fine out of the box. PROs: Model Purchased appears to be the Model Delivered It won't break the bank cost wise It functions as described CONS: Others mentioned: The Belt IS 16" (NOT 17'). Suspect the motor is 2.5 HP Not 3. (Not Confirmed though) If you are over say 6' tall (I am) the support bar is short. It's not adjustable. Use without or make a workaround. Wheels are a joke (small like a carry on luggage bag). Incline is what it is. Almost negligible but you can always rig something with wedges or whatever. Takeaway. It works as intended. (I have not tried the App.) The belt width of 16" is adequate (I have size 12 workout shoe). If in doubt whether it will get used or if it breaks due to use then you don't have much invested. You can upgrade if you wear it out. Side Note: In all these treadmills pictures on Amazon the size relationship between the users and the treadmill seems unrealistic in the real word. The treadmill appears significantly larger in relation to the user. This is especially true for the handle/safety rail height.

I was looking for a walking pad that would be compact, yet durable and easy to use. It has functioned as a walking pad to allow me to get my steps in both weight and non-weighted. The controller fits perfectly in my pocket or hand, so I can speed up or slow down. It maxes out at a speed of 4.0 which is perfect for me because I am not using it to run. It is compact and can be hidden out of sight. It is not super quiet, so we have to turn the tv up, but my husband and teenagers haven’t complained.

This is a well made treadmill, modestly priced with all the features that you would want from a very expensive treadmill, with so much more. Solid and easy to move around. In addition, if you have questions or concerns, they have a customer service team to promptly support the product. Don't hesitate to buy and you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend this product to meet all your exercise needs. Very happy

The motor is seized up. The walking pad has only been used a handful of times and had been cared for exactly as owners manual states yet today when attempting to use it, it popped up EO6. So as the manual states we took the cover off and it’s clear the engine has seized this is a very poor quality product. So now we have to attempt to return it, finding a box to fit this product does not seem like an easy task, and then won’t even receive a refund until 3days after it’s been received

The walking pad works great for a few sessions, and then adjustments will become necessary. Over time, the belt slips towards one side or the other causing it to rub against the side. You will need to adjust the belt to recenter it. The manual provides instructions on how to do this by using an Allen wrench to turn the belt bolts. In theory, this is simple enough, but it's easy to overcorrect and cause the belt to move too far over until it starts rubbing against the other side. It's a very precise process that, for me at least, can take longer than it should to ensure the belt remains centered. For some reason, this time, the belt will not stay centered after the bolts became loose and would not tighten. I contacted the Outlook (not a company URL) email address provided in the manual. Both emails I sent were replied to with blank messages - just an empty email. There is no phone number to call for tech help. If not for the adjustment issues and lack of customer service, I would rate this pad 5 stars. But, because of the nuisance of having to adjust the belt and not being able to center it long enough to complete a workout, I'm not sure if I would buy again or recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet this treadmill is. I can walk and work without any distracting noise, making it ideal for conference calls or focused work.It also has a cord that you can clip to your clothes, and it will automatically shut off if you were to fall. Very impressed with the quality and the price!It also has an ascension function, which makes the movement more efficient. For $300, it's a good deal and works for what I need it to. I totally recommend!

Easy set up. I’m plus size and it works great. I wish it would have came with a stabilizing bar. I find it hard to walk without holding onto something.

Works good so far I just wish I would’ve got the one with handles I didn’t like that it was late on the delivery
