Where can I purchase replacement brushes?

Will it damage the enamel of the tooth?

I'm not a dentist and cannot confirm damage to tooth enamel? But, the brush is soft and it has several settings that are for cleaning, soft for sensitive teeth, massage for the gums, and a setting for whitening. I have been using mine for 4 months or so. When I first got it I was not sure what to expect, the speed of the vibrations are very fast and I find I have to make sure that the back of the brush does not make contact with my teeth while I am brushing as this vibration can be quite jarring. But, now that I have been using the brush for a time, I have learned how to avoid this contact with my teeth and really like the feel of my teeth after I brush. Another feature I like about it is it times your brushing in 4, 30 second cycles and pauses for a split second in between cycles to let you know when to change brushing areas. I never have to doubt if I am getting in 2 minutes of brushing. The rechargeable battery lasts quite a long time. Since I bought it I have only had to put it on the charger twice in 4 months and that is brushing twice a day. If it were fully charged you could take it with you on vacation for a month never have to worry about charging it. I really like mine and would recommend it, you just have to get used to the feel of the vibrations.

how do you charge this tooth brush? I’m trying to give it its first charge and it won’t budge!

The toothbrush must be charged for 24hrs after you open the box and you will see the battery indicator to light up yellow and it will turn green when it's ready to use. If you did not see the battery indicator lighting up when you charged it then it must be a manufacturer's defect and needs to be return. Hope this will help you.

Are the toothbrushes standard size

No to me I think they are a little smaller on the brush but to me they do good work

Good value for the money.

It’s a nice small brush but works really well . Just need to keep it away from your lips as it tickled too much X just a case of getting used to it . Excellent cleaning. Very fast cleaning .

Solid build, great toothbrush

Value for money was a big attraction to purchase. I still use a normal toothbrush first then the electric. This is my first sonic tooth brush and I really feel my teeth are very clean after use. Comes with a handy travel case. So far I'm very happy with this purchase.

After an absolutely dreadful big brand electric toothbrush I decided to give this one a go , it really is very good , quite different to the revolving head style electric. 4 modes , clean mode is strong and works well , even my dentist mentioned the positives around this brand.. not needed to charge the battery after 3 weeks usage

Best Value for money electric toothbrush out there

Very nice toothbrush, definitely on the softer side when coming from an Oral B electric toothbrush, battery life is excellent and for the price, i couldn't recommend this toothbrush enough!

Charger for toothbrush is unusable.

This product arrived with an American charging cable/plug. I didn’t notice it until I needed to make the first recharge and by then it was too late to return the item. Now the toothbrush is unusable. I would like it to be replaced with a Uk charging cable and plug. Very unsatisfactory.

Great battery life but has a few design flaws

I am new to electric toothbrushes so I can't compare to other brands. Firstly the battery life is excellent. I think it lasts more than a month. The drawback however is that it takes 24 hours to charge so what do you use in the meantime? I also notice there doesn't seem to be "ready to use" indicator after charging. Another issue I find is that the on/off button is very easy to activate accidentally . I also have found that the brush while in use tends to spray everywhere - always have a cloth to clean the mirror to hand! It is good value for money

Estoy gratamente sorprendida con este cepillo de dientes. Limpia mejor que otras marcas reconocidas. Mis dientes se sienten limpios y pulidos, como si acabara de salir del dentista. Lo único que no me gusta es que cuando lo pones a cargar, no hay ninguna luz que indique que se está cargando, pero es un detalle sin importancia.

Bought this for my 15 dogs. It is ok. Not as impressive as expected. MyBraun rotary does a better job. We will keep it, maybe its better on human teeth, but did not take off the plague on my dogs teeth. Too weak
