Not only is it sugar free and packed with prebiotics, probiotics, apple cider vinegar, vitamin C, and electrolytes but it also tastes amazing. My favorite flavor is the strawberry. By adding this to my water I am more likely to drink water throughout the day. Make sure to mix well into water. Sometimes it takes a second to dissolve. If you don’t let it dissolve completely it will throw off the taste and you will definitely taste that vinegar.

I got the product reimbursed. At over $2 a packet, it is overpriced. The packets are made to be mixed with 12 oz of water. Every water bottle that I have used is 16 oz or 500 ml. Every other company makes their mix for 16 oz. So you must pour out a quarter of the water to get the manufacturer-recommended mix. When I added the mix to an empty bottle first, it mixed well. But when I added the mix to a full bottle, it clumped unappetizingly. The flavor is mild but tasty. I had a healthy bowel movement the morning after, so the gut health was good.
