I purchased this induction cooker, but I am disappointed.Its heating speed is pretty slow; it takes much longer to boil a pot of water compared to the previous gas stove.

This is fabulous! It looks great, so much so that I actually use it in the kitchen when the need arises. I originally got it to use outside for frying and cooking things that produce a lot of smoke. 1800W power is excellent, some cheaper units are glorified warmers, that can’t even bring water to boil. No such issues here. I still cannot get over how good the ceramic black top and white surround looks.

Performance wise it does work as advertised, I was able to pan fry some chicken and make some soup no problem. My primary use for it is to cook outside when I don't want certain foods to stink up the house.I don't like the touch controls and frankly it shouldn't have those multiple options. All it needs is a physical on/off switch and the temperature control knob. The touch controls had some false presses after touching it with wet hands.
