Worked poorly for less than a month, very bad audio mix, suddenly one side of the earphone stopped working completely, customer care or product support isn't available, local brand. Please avoid purchasing this device, even though they show that the battery life is large it isn't true, or that the make is good, it certainly isn't. The first time it was delivered it was damaged, I had to return it, and after replacement, I have been using it, and suddenly now it is defective. Don't trust these vendors. They have only defective products and sell it on rotation.

Already report replacement but not any response, its very low quality sound and very big size neck band not comfort

There was no user manual/short description of the product.There was no charger. The specification for the charger was also not mentioned along with the product.

Only drawback is it does not have digital display & SD card slot.Battery life is very good as well charging speed is also ok.Sound quality is goodFinal drawback is Meesho gives @ Rs. 500/- for this same item, I can't understand
