This is brilliant!!! I was looking for something like this to help with my physiotherapy/exercises I have to do as I have very extreme form of fibromyalgia. Also it really helps elevate my legs while resting up on sofa when chronic pain in my legs gets very bad, like today. I find it very firm and extremely supportive for my legs. I also love how environmentally friendly using buckwheat is, big bonus points there!!! 😁 There's so many stupidly expensive ones out there and finding this for £30 was affordable, as I live off benefits money is tight. I am so happy with this product. Very speedy delivery too. Cover has a zip so can be washed, inside case can also be emptied for cleaning too. Very decent quality and exactly the same size as the ones in my yoga studio. Great bolster.A note on the colour: mine is orange; in real life it is definitely more luminous and a bit lighter than displayed in the photo.

I bought this to use for my yoga practice. It was delivered promptly and was packaged well.The bolster is excellent, its sturdy and the cover is high quality fabric. It's comfortable to use and I imagine that it will be hard wearing due to the quality. I'd definitely recommend this product and will use this supplier again if I need another bolster.

Supportive for various Yin Yoga postures. Quite heavy though, so wouldn’t want to carry from class to class.

This bolster is exactly as described and am very satisfied with my purchase. Bought it to put under my knees as awaiting hip replacement and have to lie on my back. Have emptied some out but have kept contents in case I need it again. Quality item. Highly recommended
