I didn't buy this for Yoga, I bought it in the hope that it would allow me to sit down after a pilonidal sinus operation. I was relieved to find out that It worked fantastically for my purpose. I'd literally been standing up for 2 weeks after the operation, or laying on my side, unable to sit on anything including a coccyx cushion without pain. This cushion is large enough, stable and squishy enough to support comfortably sitting on my thighs without any pressure on my lower back wound area, and even after sitting for some time my legs didn't get pins and needles etc. The quality seems great, it's easy to tap back in to shape and the outer cover thankfully washed fine after I accidentally chucked a cup of tea over it. I very quickly removed the cover and thankfully the tea hadn't soaked though. All in all, great buy and worth the cost.

Very pleased with this yoga bolster. Its filling is buckwheat, which has more 'give' in it than another bolster I have that has a more solid feel due to the different type of filling. This one is just the right size for using in yin/restorative stretching seated poses, and will be suitably supportive for shoulder stands and legs-against-the-wall. The bolster is well made, with a carry handle (also useful for slotting hands through so the arms can completely relax in postures such as Supported Childs Pose). It has a zipped removable cover, plus the filled inner also has a zip on one end so that it is possible to top up the buckwheat if desired (or remove some for that matter). The colour is described is 'Lilac', but I think of lilac as a light colour; this is quite a deep, restful colour that I would describe as purple. There is another colour option available that is described as 'Purple' but this looks like it might be a very deep but much brighter shade.

Beautiful colour as expected, very firm which I'm hoping will soften just a little over time but glad it's so sturdy because it means it will last ( I think!) -

I love the colour & it's nice to prop you up or sit on when doing yoga, but it's a bit hard when using under your back for some poses. Hence only the four star. Otherwise a good product

I'm very pleased with this yoga bolster. It's a good weight, heavy but not exhaustingly so. The handle is on the short end which makes it much easier to carry than bolsters with handles on the long side or none at all. The cover is removable for washing. The size seems about right for be supportive for the back or knees or for sitting on. The bolster is firm but has plenty of give in it to mould to your body, yet be very supportive. My understanding is that the buckwheat breaks down after a while and so may need to be topped up. A small price to pay for such a great bolster. The colour is interesting - I purchased the Lilac colour which is a dark purple that hasn't quite made it to the aubergine end of the colour chart. I like it so much I'm going to buy another.

I love it, its perfect! Great colour, not too heavy but totally sturdy with enough give to mild in to it a tiny bit-have been using it for many things- yesterday when i got it i used it while sitting on my couch and instanly releaved my back, ive used it for meditation and eventually may use it for yoga today! Its wonderful, so happy I got it!

Good solid bolster for yoga practice, gives plenty of support. I’m expecting it may soften up a little with use. It has that lovely soothing rustle and crunch you only get from a good buckwheat bolster. The firmness and height is great when using it as a seat for meditation or a forehead prop in folds. I love it for supta baddha konasana but fo find I need to prop my head because it’s firm enough to create a deep backbend - would definitely suggest that people who are new to props and backbends might be better off with something lower/softer, this is best for experienced yogis.

Recommended by my Yoga instructor to help with my balance following knee surgery. Great, as not an aggressive way of improving your strength and core stability. It's also not an 'ugly' thing to have lying around the living room !

Muy bonito y aunque cuesta un poco, se puede quitar la funda para lavarla. Es bastante firme, que era lo que buscaba. Totalmente recomendable.
