5 Head Infrared Heat Lamp Salon, Adjusting Height Hair Color Processor, Infrared Lamp Hair Dryer, Color Processor Machine Hair Heat Lamps for Salon with Flexible Arms

Bought this lamp to use at work. It looks nice the base is okay makes a weird scratchy noise when adjusting the hight but maybe that will work itself out after use. The problem is one of the five sockets is damaged. I'm trying to get it replaced with customer service. I was going to return it but I apparently have to pay for return shipping which would leave me paying for something that I would no longer have. It's a big box so shipping will cost way to much. The other 4 sockets are working fine I really hoped I'd be able to just exchange the damaged lamp for a new one. Or some reasonable solution to fix this one. The only solution offered so far is to buy a new bulb and they will reimburse me. Update: Customer service is in contact with me on a solution and I will update my review when a solution is met. I have updated my review Replacement is being sent and customer service once I figured out how to communicate with the messaging for sellers,(I don't usually have to return much), A replacement request was approved without hassle. I'm looking forward to receiving it.

This color processor is basically very nice and sturdy. I gave a 4 star because I picked this one that said each light could be turned off. It was not true. That's my only disappointment. I will keep the light but still keep looking for this feature in another brand. The original one from Minerva gets terrible reviews for mobility which is why I chose this brand in the end and if each light was as described it would be a more than 5 stars.

We use these lamps in our salon daily and they work well. I do wish that each light was dimmable individually but isstead the dimmer controls all the lights at the same time. Not surprising though given the lower price point. For the money the product is a great deal!

Five arms can swing freely, and the temperature range is sufficient to meet my needs.
