is blue or yellow lens best for driving?

I don't think it makes any difference. I have the yellow lenses, but they are blue-grey to look through. The yellow (or orange) appearance is reflected light from the outside of the lenses, not the colour of the filter.

Just had to return a pair similar to this back to Amazon. Please confirm these fit a pair of 40mm (in height), glasses. Dont want to pay for returns!

Mine are black frames, but I believe they come in tiger style (black orangestripe), white, silver, and of course black, there are different lens colours available to.

Only if you look really closely. Pt it thus way,my brother was surprised when I took them off and had glasses underneath. I highly recommend them.
