Bad quality Sapzio Tap. Kindly take some action.
The SAPZIO Turbo Brass Swan Tap bought and retuned for replacement due to the product not properly. The replacement piece which was delivered in a week's time also not of good quality. The water is leaking drop by drop continously in closed mode. This is very unfortunate that the quality of two pieces tried is bad.

I bought it and fitted it myself (use a plumbing wrench-its cheap), it's working as expected I accidentally purchased the straight connector, my connection was wall-fitted it needs to have a 90 deg bend thankfully, the top plastic part is removable, and I only used the top flexible plastic part on my old tap itself and it works like a charm, no leakage, no problem. all good

Technical Design Issue does not allow to use
The tape falls down and does remain verticle. Because of this technical design issue I decided to return rather than replacement. I have video to describe the issue. Somehow 18 second video is not getting UPLOADED - getting error msg.
