very satisfied! Beautiful and sturdy. I searched a lot for an outdoor set and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I saw it in Ashley site , it was more expensive in their site and also has $120 for delivery. I am glad that I find it here with prime shipping!! Assembly is not a big deal but takes sime time. Highly recommend.

Purchased this set in July 2018, was very pleased with the appearance and assembly. Around Thanksgiving we noticed the tear in a cushion. I contacted Ashley customer support via email, numerous times. Sent them all the requested information required for "what I thought" was going to be a smooth warranty transaction. I have requested an update status to my claim, as of this writing 12/28, no confirmation of warranty status. The combination of poor material quality and poor to no customer support, would steer away from Ashley

This product arrived ahead of schedule which was fine with me. Looks nice and fits nice on our deck However it was frustrating putting it together because the holes did not line up. So we were not able to secure the seating. One hole in the chair and sofa back would line up but the one above it would not so we were not able to get six bolts in. I am afraid if some sits on it the bolts will snap due to lack of proper support. Customer service or support was of no help. They asked if I bought the warrant if so it would be covered under that. If you cant put it together due to poor workmanship how can you use it.

Expected to assemble but ten hours was ridiculous.Tool provided would not work in some places. Had to buy another.Some bolts would not line up and some were too short. Had to buy more bolts.Ashley's WeCare would not respond to contacts.Furniture was nice but not put together with any thought to easy assembly

It ended up being physically smaller than we expected. I’m not saying the advertised dimensions are wrong, I’m sure they are correct. It’s just that the sofa it’s a little bit smaller than local brands we had tried out. Also, the fabric on the cushions and pillows does not seem to breathe as well as other fabrics we have had in the past. It’s not hard to start sweating on a warmer day.

The bottom shelf (part “J”) of the table does not have square corners so the table will not fit together. If I can get just that part replaced I will gladly rate this item with more stars.

The furniture is fantastic. Looks and feels great. No assembly required. Came in 1 box. Unfortunately the delivery guy had no helper! He was by himself. I'm a 35 year old guy so I didn't mind helping to carry it in, but someone else might not be able to because it was a big box and 160lbs. The furniture though, is perfect.
