Just started Invisalign treatment and had ordered this item because of a review that said it was easy and stayed on until you removed your aligner. I had two spots that were irritating my inner lips so tore off a piece of wax long enough to cover the area that was causing problems. It didn't seem to stick at first so I just pressed and held for a short time and then closed my lips over the area. To my surprise, both areas were still covered at my next removal and I had no more irritation every time I talked. Simple product and works as advertised.

I'm so happy to have found this wax. My upper Invisalign trays have all (so far) had a sharp edge along the inside, and my tongue was constantly getting scraped and irritated, but now I just fold one of these strips over that edge and problem solved. They are just the right thickness and width and I use a new strip every morning. Even after 24 hours of wear, the wax still feels fresh, but I like the idea of changing it every day so that's what I do. It doesn't come off when I take my tray out either, so I can rinse/brush my tray around it and wear again without having to redo the wax. I have completely switched over to this brand because the other brand I was using felt too sticky, would melt downward over a few hours, and it was hard to get the residue off of the concave areas of my trays. But this brand peels right off when you remove it and doesn't melt down or leave any residue behind. Also it's natural beeswax and made in the USA!

Not worth the money- these break apart very easily, do not adhere well, and you end up with small chunks of wax all over. Just buy the regular dental wax.

I'm on invisalign. This product works best for me when I take a whole strip and press it on one side of the trays to mask the sharp, definitely hurtful invisalign edges. It stays in place for the most part. Does not work well for me when I divide the strip into smaller parts. Eventually a whole strip reacts to the heat of my mouth and conforms. Fairly durable too. I wear them during day and night. They stay at night.

Lots to like about this product- in theory. Bees wax, strips.to fit, small producer. Sadly, the product does not work that well. If one can get it to say where you want it, it will stay. There's the (thing that prevents it from reducing) rub(bing). It is not malleable - not even at mouth temperature. So, it won't easily fit to the aligner and then stay. Maybe that is because it is pure wax and that temp is too low? So, you put it on, pressing really hard to get it into cracks and crevices, maybe it will stay, but it doesn't. Better than absolutely nothing, but not that much.

I bought these because I was dealing with cuts on my tongue from wearing my Invisalign overnight. Even when I first put them on my retainers and popped them in, there was a noticeable difference in how comfortable they were to wear. The cuts on my tongue quickly disappeared and I no longer wake up with my tongue aching.

These work really well if you have invisalign aligners that are rough against the inside of your mouth. They are thin strips. I take one out, mold in in my hands for a minute to make it a little pliable. Then place it along the outside edge of my aligner inside my mouth. Hold it there, pressing a bit, for about 30 seconds so it grips the outside of the aligner. Then it stays in place and keeps the aligner from cutting up my mouth. Highly recommend.

These are a little dry so don’t stick quite as well as regular wax—but they’re acceptable. Regular ortho wax is far cheaper and easy to squish flat like these. But if you don’t want to have to do that and would rather pay—these are your solution! That said, I’ve kinda given up on wax unless I’m having a particularly sensitive day—it won’t last through a brushing—which you basically do multiple times/day. Trimming or filing often works better.
