It may be expensive, but TUMI products are built with quality and timeless style. I really like the spacious storage room for a small suit case.

The Tumi Backpack is great. I had bought this as a gift, so as a gift it did not work out. So, had to return the item. The return process is about as slow as it gets to get a refund. They show about a three week process to get the refund credited back to your card. Way too slow.

Let me first say, this is an amazing bag to pack. It’s a great size and has every quality you’d expect from a Tumi. That part didn’t disappoint. The problem is it’s neither good as a backpack or a suitcase. The back is totally rigid so if you try to use as a backpack it’s extremely uncomfortable. On the other hand, because of the backpack, there are only two wheels. So I don’t like it as a rolling bag either, as it lacks the ease of a spinner. I returned it after one use and got the identical bag which is a suitcase only - the International Carry On. That one is perfection
