The bed we got was a full size. Took about quite a while to assemble. Set aside at least 2-3 hrs for assembly. The instructions were pretty clear and easy to follow.The bed itself is NICE. It's got a solid sturdy feel to it. Doesn't wiggle or squeek because it's on the floor without legs. The lights are nice and bright just like the pictures. The storage space underneath is huge. And I mean big enough to store big suitcases!My daughter absolutely loves it.Hell, *I* love it and have been considering getting one for myself in a larger size.10/10 I would definitely buy this bed again.

Jggg f ct We bought two for our kids one of the beds was missing a few part’s and one had all parts. So we put one together. The assembly did take a few hours, but the instructions were easy to read and understand I got online and instead of returning the other bed we decided to email the company to see if they would just send us the missing items. The first business day after my email, they responded with an answer and a suggestion. They said they cannot find my parts that I asked about in their inventory, but they offered to send us a complete new product and told us we could use whatever we needed out of the box and then keep the rest for more parts if we needed it and we did not need to ship anything back. Well I thought that was a great idea so I told him to go ahead and send it The new bed arrived on time the box of parts we needed were inside. We were be able to finish up the second bed. Both my kids love their beds. We like their beds. I followed up thanking the company for the great experience Great customer service really like the product. Very good rating. I would recommend them and I will be buying from them again.

LOVE THE STORAGE SPACE!This bed is so perfect for all the storage I need!!It looks great, I was nervous about the faux leather ripping easily or coming damaged... but it showed up in perfect condition and looks perfect in my room!I love how I can store everything and easily pop it up and get whatever I need whenever I want!Solved my issue of not having closet space!My daughter put this together for me totally by herself.My bed is crazy high because I left the box spring on I will likely take it off.Definitely took a couple hours but I'm so happy!!

It took my son 6-7 hours to put together. He is not a handy type person. The bed looks great once its is put together but what a process. if you want something you can put together fast, THIS IS NOT FOR YOU!!!! They could have simplified the process. No need to have so many different screws. I believe one size would have fit everywhere! There were certain parts that required two people. And if you happen to put a piece the wrong way and don't catch it ( should not allow you to do this but you can) it will take even longer to go back and fix because you can continue assembling with it being wrong for a minute until you can't and have to go back and undo everything until you find your mistake. My son and I have put together a lot of furniture, this by far as been the worse. So think twice before you buy. Another note is does not come with anything to lay your stuff on to put under the bed, your stuff will just sit on the floor collecting all the dust. We put a rug under my son's bed so nothing would be on the floor. big flaw on their part. Other models have a liner that comes with them. If I had to do over, I would buy the bed with the drawers or one that is much easier to assemble. The box it comes weighs about 125 pounds so not easy to carry for one person. A lot of parts, so gat organized. Take everything out of the box and organize parts. Have a drill handy with a drill for wing nut, two different sizes. It comes with all the tools you need but having a drill is a lot easier if you can even make it easier, lol. Take your time because many parts are extremely frustrating to put together. Once you put the hydraulic part on, it will take a lot of force to lower the bed and you feel like it is going to break but it won't. Go ahead a push real hard. After a couple times of lifting and putting it down, it does not take any more force. Remember, take your time, make sure you have parts facing the correct way, double check before screwing them on, you'll thank me for double checking!!! Good Luck.

So far I LOVE this bed. It's sturdy, it's got the extra storage under the mattress. Assembly is straight forward (Just dont try to drag the box into your house by yourself)
