The machine speaks for itself, very impressed, does the job for a family of 10 ... even more impressed with the guys who installed it for us. We opted for the full package (deinstall the old machine and take it away, unpack and install the new machine). This took them less than 20 minutes given the fact that they had to struggle with a connection issue - the landlord had only cut the tiniest hole to allow the power cable and plug to pass through the side of the counter and into the electrical socket. The installation guys are not allowed to make any adjustments in your home so it was looking like they might not be able to install the new machine! But they persevered and managed to wiggle the plug through the gap and set the machine up - I'm sure they could have simply refused given the struggle but I'm so grateful to them that they managed to complete it. We don't know their names to thank them personally, but we hope this review is noted on their behalf. After a year without a washing machine, we are delighted to welcome this wonderful (and surprisingly quiet) machine into our home. Excellent value for money given that its a Smart machine.

Old machine packed in. Bought this as price was good and not a fan of too much technology on my electrical items, more to go wrong! Delivery great as added unpacking and connection, lads were great and were very quick. Machine been used every day and is nice and simple to use. Spin and temp can be adjusted on most cycles which I like and there is a quick wash. Not too noisy on spin. Happy all round.

Easy to use, good value . The feature I like the most is the count down timer on the info screen, also the buttons are light touch, with a button lock feature to prevent accidental change of program

Very pleased with this machine. 14 minute quick wash is great. Easy to use controls. Shame about the delivery. Didn't arrive on time and tracking went off the radar. Arrived 3 days late and no phone calls to say it was coming as promised. Glad I was in as it had to be signed for . In spite of that , I am pleased with my purchase. It has far more programmes than I will ever use but the ones I've used so far have given good results. No complaints about the washing machine.

A great improvement over the one it replaced. Sensible programs and options, e.g. the ability to increase or turn off spin, change temperature, etc. Quiet spin compared to its predecessor. The app is OK for advice but more effort than its worth for programming, imho, though it does have additional programs that might be of help. I haven't used it yet.
