Think carefully about what size you need.
First off, thanks to Adam B who sent in a review with a photo of the waist size range you can get with an XL size belt... this really helped me. It showed that the belt will fit minimum 36 and max 46 inch.I'm currently 37 inch - I was 34 inch a few years back and I'm doing weights so I can get back there hopefully!!The retailers instructions suggest that I should go for the XL but that means if I loose just 2 inches the belt would no longer fit me!So I went for a size 'Large'. officially, this fits 32 to 36 inch so should be too small, however the 'Large' has a range of 32 to 42 so fits me fine and will fit me even if I do manage to get back to 34 inch waist.Bear in mind that the last two belt notches don't really have sufficient 'flap' to enable you to tuck the end in the belt loop securely, so if we stick to using 3 from the end, I would say that practically, the 'Large' fits 32 to 40 inch and the XL fits 36 to 44 - I'm guessing you can use the same formula for all the other sizes also. It's a pity the retailer doesn't publish a picture showing this instead of giving out dubious advice!Incidentally, as for the quality etc, no problems, solidly made with decent padding, easy to fit and remove - similar to my old 'York' belt of 20+ years ago.Only criticism I would have is that the holes are punched out manually rather than using a template, so they are not precisely lined up, but on my one, they are close enough.

10/10 on EVERY score!!
First of all, I must declare that I am NOT a weightlifter, in fact far from it. I have a back injury that makes it difficult to carry out many everyday tasks requiring use of the lower back, which boils down to most activities, making it very restrictive. I decided to see if I could get a FIRM back support over and above the slightly stretchy "Neoprene" type, and decided to look at Weightlifter Belts (WB). As it is more for occasional use, and I was not certain if it would help, I was looking for a WB that was good value for money, and would not be a loss if it turned out to be what I needed. This one caught my eye, and arrived VERY promptly from the excellent Seller. I have now used the Belt in various activities, and find it has scored TOP MARKS on every score! Robustly made, easy to put on, COMFORTABLE, and most vitally, EXCELLENT SUPPORT of the back in use. If I were using it for weights, I could see it being ideal. and at that price, you could give it a go and not be disappointed. I possibly ordered one a little too big for my waist size, as I am using it almost at its tightest (XXXL for a 39-40 waist, but this enables me to wear it with "normal clothing" not Lycra....!!). Although I am very cautious and careful in activities requiring me to wear the WB, so have not "worked up a muck sweat" using it, I have no reason not to think that it ideal in every respect, and outstanding Value For Money from a Recommended Seller! 10/10!!

Sizes are not accurate…black ones leave color on clothes
I m an M size person, Ordered a Large so I can have a little extra belt ...and it feels like an xs…got XL now for M specs…it’s good…does the job but hey…black ones are painted poorly…that leather leaves colour on everything…Your choice if you wanna buy it…for me one time is enough…Buyed it like 4 times…refunded like 3…if I knew I would not be so curious how is it…My initial interest was that Tall Back protection but inside is the same size sponge as a normal one…

Better than some would guess
Was a bit skeptical at first, as previous experience with "cheaper" belts has lead to bad quality belts that don't last very long, this one however is actually made pretty well, feels like good quality leather and provides plenty of support while bracing, which again due to the thinner back support I was skeptical about, but again pleasantly surprised, as usual with this bran it had exceeded expectations !
