Super shiny finish
I got these not expecting the results. When you polish something with them the finish comes out super shiny! I honestly don't know how they do it,the surface feels rough like sandpaper but the result is super smooth. I don't think they're as good for material removal though maybe, so you might still need some sandpaper for removing lumps and bumps, then use these for a final pass.

These are brilliant sanding sticks for plastic model kits. Easy to keep clean and sharp and produce an incredibly smooth glassy finish straight off.

Excellent files.
Expensive but probably worth the outlay, you need to clean them with water and a tooth brush after use.

Great for modelling
I build plastic models mostly 1/35 or 1/48 these are great sanders - especially for removing nubs on very straight parts - I find the coarse 320-400 most useful for this
