I waited several months after I implemented this to write my review. This thing saved my couch! I was close to giving up and buying new furniture, but this made my couch firm and stable again! It was very easy to install in just a few minutes. It stays in place pretty well, though I did get some double-sided velcro to put under it to make sure it always stays in place. It's also nice and hidden! You cannot even tell it's there.

Bought this for our living room couch which was always a little too squishy but now that it’s older, it was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. (Lucky for us, we usually sit on the sectional in the family room.) I resorted to stuffing pillows under the couch cushions but then the couch was lumpy. Didn’t have much hope this board would work but I was wrong! Our living room couch is more comfortable than it’s EVER been - even when brand new. Easy to use and works far better than expected. So good, in fact, I ordered 2 more for our family room sectional. This is probably one of my very best purchases on Amazon! I will be recommending this to anyone who complains about an old couch!

You never realize how often you sit in the same spot until you realize you are sinking with sitting. To top it off, because of arthritis, it has been very difficult getting off the love seat to a standing position and I knew something had to be done. Other than the sinking, the loveseat is in good condition and I didn’t want to replace it. At this point, I figured I had nothing to lose, and scoured Amazon for support. I am so glad I did. It arrived today and I am happy to say there was an immediate difference ! I was hopeful it would help, though I am surprised to see how much. It is shorter than what I was expecting, but it will work out okay. I may go ahead and order one for my couch just to use as a precaution step.

My old couch, while soft, comfy, and inviting, was slumping in places and needed a much-deserved lift. I’m happy to say that after inserting the Ben’s Home cushion support, my couch is still soft and comfy, but with a newfound sturdiness under the well-endowed cushions. Invisible and effective - perfect! Highly recommended!

This is an unabashedly positive review of the sofa insert from Ben'sHome™ - it is a superbly-crafted product that does exactly what it claims to do – “Lifetime Deep Couch Cushion Support [23" x 58-67"] - Heavy Duty 0.5" Thick Solid Wood Board for Good Posture on Sagging Cushions Seat, Fixes and Extends Sofa Life”. We recently had a local craftsman recondition our sofa and ‘stuff’ the rear cushions. This craftsman promised to contact us after a vacation with a quote to firm up the seating cushions with foam – a promise he failed to keep. Investigating alternatives (I don’t do business with those who fail to keep their promise, plus the reconditioning proved to be inferior workmanship), we gratefully discovered Ben'sHome™ and its superior product. It has delightfully delivered what it promised at a remarkable price, and we cannot recommend it too highly.

it fixes the broken saggy couch but its really stiff and hard so the couch isn't nice to sit on anymore

I bought a couch site unseen (or un-sat) from a friend who had purchased for staging a home. It is a gorgeous couch and looked to comfy.. It's TOO comfy and the cushion sink and it is impossible to get out of! These supports really did the trick! Pay attention to measurements as my couch (which has a huge wide chaise) actually requires quantity 4 (four) of these supports. I purchased only 1 to try it out but just placed my order for another 3 . The couch where these are placed just feels more durable and sturdy now!
