I am a firm believer in passive exercise throughout the day cuz gyms are Petrie dishes for dumb dudes and diseases, both of which humanity could use fewer of. These are my bracelets at work and I keep the second pair attached to my Docs. The first few days of wearing them, my muscles were sore as hell, in a good way. It felt Ike I’d been conditioning for basketball season waaaaaaaay back in high school. My lungs are becoming stronger and I’m noticing less jiggling in areas that need toning. Yay! These are comfy enough— the beauty is in their adjustability and weight options. They’re also not super ugly. Only slightly.

These are a great cost effective choice to the bala bangles. They work the same and hold up great. I started going to hotworx so I purchased these and they have held up great in the sauna. They fit on both my ankle or wrists because they are adjustable. The pink color is so cute!

These little weights are perfect for wearing around the house or on walks as a little extra strength training. The Velcro is very strong and the weights sit perfectly and comfortably. I’m very happy with them

Such great gripper power, it’s hard to undo bands. Also there is a lot of band left unsecured which can be annoying while using. But otherwise these are great quality, comfortable, and I appreciate the little storage bag.

I bought several packs. This should say enough. Super helpful for knee pains, by just walking around the house. Strengthen legs and arms. These are the best ankle weights that I have own. All the others after a short while wear off and start spreading its sand around. Nothing like this happens with these ankle weights. They are durable, beautiful, and allow me to add more pieces as needed. Remarkable opportunity. All in all- very good tool to improve your activity and health. And something unexpected- the little zipper-case the set comes in is amazing. Such a bonus! It’s so durable. I have a few cases in my purse. They hold the things that otherwise would be everywhere in my purse. Thank you for this great product.
