This is a Godsend!! My hot flashes all but stopped!! They were getting so bad. Literally one after another. By the second day of taking this they just stopped. This is just amazing. I will definitely purchase this again and I highly recommend this if hot flashes is your issue.

This stuff worked for me in all the area's it says it does. I ended up stopping it only because my gynecologist told me that black cohosh, when taken over time can cause high liver enzymes and liver damage. I looked it up for myself, because I just wanted to read it for myself. It is 100% factual. So I ended up trying 2 other hormone supplements, the first one didn't eliminate the hot flashes and night sweats completely, so I bought another brand and while it took away the hot flashes and night sweats, however I still have mood swings, low libido and weight gain. Physician's Choice worked for me the best without a doubt. I would just make sure you have your liver enzymes checked if you're going to be on it for a lengthy amount of time.

I swear by these and I have gotten all my friends to order them too. When I first began taking them I did lose weight. If I missed a day- I could tell. I take them religiously now bc I can tell a difference with bloating.

Great product

I’ve been using these for over a month now and while I don’t think it helps with every symptom listed, I do think it helps with some such as hot flashes. I still wake up lots during the night and I’m still retaining water/have bloat but I’ll keep using them another month see if I notice any other changes. If not, I may end up switching to something else. Update: Three months later I stopped using these. Didn’t see a huge benefit for the price.

Great Menopause Relief

My second time giving this product a shot. Took, again, as directed for entire month. Not a single change in frequency or severity of hot flashes or night sweats. It didn't even help take the edge off that awful, doomy feeling that precedes each hot flash. Some products have ONLY done that one thing and I was grateful for that! However, I continue to search for a natural product that helps to manage the actual flashing and sweating. Each woman's body is different, and this may work for some women...but unfortunately it didn't for me. I am in full menopause, not perimenopause so again, it may work for other women who are in different phases of their reproductive journey, but I can only rate this product based on what it did for me, which unfortunately was nothing.
