This cookbook is amazing. The recipes are nice and normal and the index is perfect. It lists recipes by headlines like Beef, Pork, etc so it is very easy to use. But just put Better than Boullon on everything and it will be yummy...not on pancakes tho' lol.

I was looking to use this product to create sauces for entrees that I currently make. Most of the recipes in this book I would never make ex. Picada Stew, Ginger Root Vegetable Soup, Pickle Appetizer Sandwiches, Dilled Fish and Potato Soup…..for me this was a waste of money…….

The seller took great care packaging the book. It arrived in great condition and was what was listed—new condition. Very pleased with my purchase.

This is a good cookbook to have if you use the product. Loaded with recipie ideas that are clear and easy to understand. The product itself is fantastic as it gives a great home made flavor to gravies, meats, sauces and soups-beats that unnatural bouillon flavor you get with powder and cubed products.

I tried a few of the recipes from this book and they came out great. I recommend the Beef soup recipe, just follow the directions to a Tee.

Too many chicken but good ideas. Would like to have seen other varieties featured.

Excerllant cookbook for these products. It gave me some ideas on some very good food. A must have if you use any of these products.

I love all the Better than Bullion products, and use it exclusively for broth. I had hoped for more ideas, but nothing new was here.
