Update: I have enjoyed the bike. Recently, however, it has developed a slick clicking noise while I am riding it.. I don't know the source of the noise, which thus far, has not caused a problem. The bike appears well made and was easy to assemble. I especially appreciated the fact that the tools needed to assemble it were included. It's a good weight as well at 62 pounds. It is also extremely quiet. I didn't need to turn the volume up on the TV at all. Unfortunately, the seat mount is almost at my waist, which makes it difficult for me at 5'3" to get on. The seat is most uncomfortable and made for a very short ride when I was able to get on it. My nether region was throbbing, so I was only able to ride for 12 minutes. If I can't find a seat that's comfortable and some way to get on it more easily, I'll probably donate it to a school athletic department and try another style of bike. I didn't want a spin type bike, but Amazon saw fit to send me a bedframe when I ordered an upright bike that I liked. When I tried to order a replacement for my original order, it was unavailable. I bought a seated elliptical until I could find another upright bike, but the elliptical just wasn't enough exercise for me. I don't care for the folding upright bikes, which is what I could find. I miss the old style of exercise bikes that were naturally upright. I don't have the space for a recumbent bike, not that I like them either, but at least I wouldn't have problems mounting it and the seat would be comfortable.

I was hesitant on buying an exercise bike as it is my first big investment on an exercise equipment (since I am a beginner). I spent days comparing many bikes and brands, and I am very satisfied with this purchase! It took me roughly around 1-2 hours to assemble. I do want to note that the instruction manual had way too many parts listed on a single page when trying to assemble it, which made it confusing and frustrating at times when trying to read the manual. After the construction: The bike has a small screen that is simple to use (3 buttons). It displays three main modes that I keep track of: calories burnt, the time that I spent biking, and distance that I biked. You can always reset everything back to zero with the reset button if needed. Make sure to secure your feet with the shoe strap because my foot/shoe has waddled left and right a few times when I didn't secure the strap! When I pedal, there's no clunking sounds from any bolts. For the noise level, it is noticeable (but softly) when pedaling even with a bike floor mat, but I use my bike during the day, so it doesn't bother anyone in my home. I like the red knob that I can turn left or right to adjust the resistance to my liking. If you want to stop biking, you can push on the red knob to stop the wheel in order to not accidentally hurt your legs or body. I don't really use the phone/device holder or the water bottle holder, but it's still a nice touch. Overall, I'm happy with my investment!

Worked for a company that made exercise equipment for 18 years. Now I'm 60. Disabled, 290 lbs and 6'3". It is well made and very sturdy. The resistance adjustment is smooth and quiet. Had to buy a jell seat cover because my backside is not bicycle seat worn. The handle bars should have more holes to adjust higher for someone my height. I don't want to bend over like Lance Armstrong while riding. My phone has armor on it and won't fit any of the phone holders. Not taking it out of the case so watch TV. This bike is geared more towards the avid outdoor bike rider. Well made but I have to say it's not great for rehab. But it could be. Not having a phone holder that fits phones in cases is a big negative.Put a big ass seat on it. Ad more holes to raise the handle bars and it's perfect.
