100 Years of Popular Music 1920s Vol.1

Content of 100 songs is ok but these tightly packed books are devils to retain open and the text is printed too far into the centre fold. The producers appear to forget that grand pianos and some uprights do not have the clips to keep the book open at the selected pages. Its so irritating!!! Better to but the ring binder copies if you can find them.

Very nice collection, but very awkwardly bound. It is extraordinarily difficult to get it to sit flat and stay open on the music stand. Unfortunately most books are "bound" in this glued paperback way, and just refuse to open flat - particularly annoying with music.

THE PIANO ARRANGEMENTS ARE SIMPLY THE VERY BEST AND THE CHOICE OF SONGS FROM THIS GOLDEN AGE ARE SUPERB.THE PHYSICAL CONDITION OF THE ALBUM ITSELF WAS JUST LIKE NEW. I MADE ENQUIRIES ABOUT THE CHOICE OF SONGS WITHIN VOLUME 2 OF THE SAME PUBLISHER SERIES AND ERA BUT WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE FROM THE INFORMATION AVAILABLE FROM THE WEB SITE., PERHAPS SOMEONE COULD ASSIST?IAN STYLES

Gifted to my dad, who is in a 1920s band. Absolutly loved it, said it had songs in that he had been looking for, for months. Thank you!!
