has a history of usage by several of my friends- I use it in place of the longer acting berberine I use sometimes because berberine can lower blood sugar at times and when I am unsure I will use this brand as it seems to be more in and out rather than not as long of a half life- but still try it out during the day first to ascertain your body's response to it- remember these products are not FDA approved but I have used this one several times when want it not to linger late into the night in me

It definitely helped keep cravings at bay and appetite at bay but after about a week it caused stomach pain when I would take more than 1 pill.

For me it worked pretty fast. I start seeing results in about two weeks. My sugar was registering in the mid to high three hundreds, now it is registering between 112 and mid 120s. I am very pleased with this product and the results. I will continue to purchase and refer it to others.
