Q: I measured my feet and they are 9 inches, I usually buy shoes that are 8.5 wide, but my tennis shoes are size 9 wide so I ordered the Women's 9?

The SelnerTx was designed to fit from the heel to the ball of the foot., so a SelnerTx that is too large may affect flexing your toes. Typically, for persons who wear shoes with half sizes, we recommend selecting the smaller size. Q: I wear a women's size 7 - 7.5 - I don't know what size I should order?

I would probably go with the 7.5. I wear an 8, but one foot is really more of a 7.5, and the 8 works fine for both feet.

Q: Does it come as a pair? Or, do you need to buy one for each foot?

Hi Gary - Yes, they do come as a pair. Instructions are included. Look carefully @ the footprints in the instructions. I even stepped on a brown paper bag with wet feet and selected the adjustment that corresponded with my own footprint.
