Overall machine is good , clean the clothes very well .easy to operate but need some more like simply drain option for manual use . Its hard to drain water when used manually. 😊👍🏻✨

I am extremely disappointed with this. Within just one month of purchase, it started leaking water from the bottom. This is completely unacceptable for a brand-new appliance. On top of that, the lid hydraulic system does not work at all. The lid does not stay open and feels faulty and unsafe. This clearly shows poor quality control and substandard manufacturing. I did not expect to face such serious issues so quickly. This product has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
