Great product, this is my second purchase. I take one a day, no fixed time. Helps keep me regular.

This product is fantastic, but I gave it 4 out of 5 because its experiation date is end of the same year 2019

Have noticed a change for the better since taking these with food.

Super enzymes

I dislike writing negative reviews and it’s really hard to decide what stars to give to supplements. Should I give a star for nice packaging, or a good ingredient list? I decided to go 5* if it works/had benefits and 1* if not. I took 2 jars of these and saw no difference. And for £24.20 one would like to see some difference. I do realise it is something that differs from person to person as everyone‘s gut biome is different and as are our concerns. I am hypothyroid with vitamin deficiencies and other issues that could be from malabsorption caused by hypothyroidism. After reading numerous blogs, articles etc I noticed that they all recommend digestive enzymes. So in my search for plant based product from a reputable company, I ended up with these. Unfortunately I did not feel that this reduced bloating or belching. I also saw no change to other less tangible symptoms like fatigue, fuzzy memory etc. This only reduced my bank balance by 50£.

A great, well balance choice in enzymes. Wonderfully balanced, I like that it doesn't come with phytase as I don't require extra phosphorus etc. But it seems to have a very short life, it smells funny after barely no time at all where as they used to be fine stored for ages. My other enzyme choice (with phytase) doesn't have the same problem. Maybe I should try their standard range rather then the gold and see if it fares any better.
