It's smell was good for bigner and intermediate lifter

I had been struggling to focus and have a proper breathing pattern before getting this smelling salt. Can guarantee this will better your focus and breathing before your heavy lifts. Absolutely useless junk.. the smelling crystals are mild and does not help at all

a. Took it first time as seen with most powerlifters b. It's ammonia salt with very pungent sniff c. only sniff when doing heavy bench, squat, deadlift or presses d. Take 1st sniff from a little far & once you are easy, then sniff hard e. Do not sniff suddenly as it hits your brain nerves directly f. NOT FOR KIDS

I have tried the liquid chalk which is very good to enhance your performance during workout so thought of trying smelling salt.Must say that it's very good and works so good during heavy lifts.
