I did not know there were different threats until I came across a situation where I needed to connect my hose to this cool a/c drain line insert that lets you blow it out with your hose while blocking it from going back to the a/c unit. The hose connection would not screw into the drain line contraption (also got that on Amazon). These are exactly what I needed. Well-made and fit perfectly. No Leaks and no hassle.

Came quick, packed well, perfect fit and seems of good quality. I highly recommend this adaptor. This allows me to connect a shower hose to the garden hose brass faucet I installed in the back door of my camper van for outdoor showers behind the van.

Works as advertised. Used it with zero leaks. Make sure you use Teflon tape to install it. I have a plastic one that came with the hose I have and it leaked bad.
