Didn't know men went through these things. Now I know why women wear padded bras.I get a lot of irritable chaffing when exercising or working. I tried these pads and they worked wonders. I literally forget I had them on until I went to take my shower. They protected me all day long.As one person stated in their review, if you have hair in the area, make sure you shave. The adhesive will pull your hairs when pulling the patches off. Otherwise, I can say that the adhesive does not leave any residue.I recommend!

I got these to pair with a mesh base layer undershirts to use while up in the mountains skiing. I'll be honest, mesh does not feel great on nipple. The chaffing!!!These saved the day. They're not very large, and I recommend a light shave if you have hair, but they do work.For what it's worth, there are two colors. Light tan and bright white.

These are better then another brand I got. Like that they are more like cloth than just a bandaid. They cover well to protect you or to hide them. They have a good adhesive so they don't come off easily. Like that thecenter doesn't have adhesive so your nipples are protected. After a day and a half they were still on but very easy to remove. Pretty happy with the hiding or protective quality. Wore them to work and they move with you and didn't rub off. Very good product.

What really stood out about these nipple covers for me was how well they stuck onto my skin. I havnt had good luck with other options as they tend to fall off after a few hours. I was suprised when these were on for the whole day even though I had little sweating. These covers were not itchy nor did they irritate my skin. These are great covers, I highly recommend them.
