Amazing nail files. I had one from another brand (Tramontina) which o enjoyed very much. I’ve been searching for a replacement since I broke it (months already), and have bought at least ten nail files from different brands but could not find any to that levels But this one… ahh this one… pure satisfaction. Even better than the first one. And look at that, there’s also a mini version. O look at them and they are like mother and daughter. Cute ;) Totally recommended.

I love these crystal nail files. They give a much smoother edge to your nails. The small one is great for popping in a handbag or pocket.

My friend had made a foray into a glass nail file with a purchase from a major hardware retailer for the grand total of 50p. But she had been complaining about how rough it was and after trying it I had to agree that it was similar to a small metal file in my workshop. So I shopped around on Amazon and came up with this Mont Bleu set. I need a phrase which is better than "over the moon" and "ecstatic" but I don't know it. The etched filing surface is finer than the emery boards I occasionally use but these crystal files work better. Not really much to criticise. Attention needs to be paid to the length of the filing surface because unlike an emery board the filing surface does not cover the whole length of the file. On the small file the filing surface is 60mm long and the filing surface of the ther file is 95mm, both measurements give or take a millimetre or two. If you find yourself using the full length of a 115mm small emery board both files will be too short. However my friend readily adapted to the shorter length. The other problem is that the plastic case on the small file is a little too short and I think that a hole may appear in it in no time from having to quite firmly push in the pointed end of the file. into the case to make it fit. I bought the files as a random gift for a very good friend so the plain packaging was not a problem. But for a gift for a special occasion such as Christmas and birthdays I would look for better packaging than the plain brown board used. For some people that may be a major consideration. It looks cheap! Don't get me wrong though, the packaging was superbly protective. Each file was covered with bubble wrap and inside it's own thick brown cardboard box and both boxes inside a larger thick brown cardboard box. So overall, excellent files which got an excellent response from my friend and that deserves 5 stars. But a little expensive for something that looks so cheap! I think I'll be looking at the Swarovsky decorated files in the near future and that just about says it all.

Really pleased. Files nails nicely. Seem good quality. Not too rough. Cannot comment on longevity.

Echt de allerbeste glazen nagelvijl die ik ooit heb gehad, en ik dacht dat ik die al gevonden had! Ik gebruik bijna enkel glazen vijlen omdat deze zo goed zijn voor natuurlijke nagels. Dit is veruit de beste nagelvijl die ik al tegengekomen ben! Ze zijn ook een stuk dunner dan de gebruikelijke glasvijlen. Een plastic hardcase is dus een must have als je ze in je handtas meeneemt. Dat ze breekbaar zijn is dan ook echt het enige nadeel.

Colis arrivé rapidement et emballé avec soin ( limes protégées dans du papier bulles, à l intérieur d un carton à la forme d une boite) . Immédiatement déballées et essayées, la qualité se fait indéniablement ressentir. La différence avec toutes les limes en carton que j ai eu durant toute ma vie est NETTE. Je me suis demandée POURQUOI je ne les ai pas achetées avant au lieu de dépenser sans cesse dans des limes cartonnées de mauvaise qualité. En bref, je suis satisfaite de mon achat de qualité, j espère les garder aussi longtemps que possible. C est aussi une excellente idée cadeau utile et joli, pour faire decouvrir un article de qualité et un savoir faire ( verre et artisanat De République Tchèque ) à l entourage. Un sans faute pour ce lot de 2 limes !

Having a glass file has made the whole process of trimming & caring for my nails so much more satisfying. I have pretty short, natural nails by necessity, but being able to shape them with a high-quality file means they can be short but styled! Also, having high quality tools makes my at-home manicures a soothing, meditative process I have come to enjoy, rather than an annoying chore. Not only am I getting better results and having more fun with my glass file, but this purchase has probably already saved me money. I feel like I had to put so much muscle into filing my nails with disposable files, and they barely lasted at all. In contrast, this glass file has no trouble with my thick fingernails and easily takes off length & creates smooth edges. You might've noticed I keep saying "file" singular when this is a set of 2 files -- I gave the smaller one (unused by me) away to a friend with a nail emergency. I might buy these again so I can have a small one, and maybe I'll give the big one away this time :)

Muy buena, "rasco" el borde de mis uñas contra el borde pulgar (todas limadas) y puedo sentir como estan completamente sellados, nunca habia sentido ese acabado. Buena inversión, además es barato
