We bought this kit based on reviews and when it arrived we're pleasantly surprised at the quality. It truly was a fantastic and easy to use kit and the online video was a real help. We tried this for 1 cycle over 3 days but were unsuccessful so we used the kit again the next month and .......... we're pregnant!!. It worked. I'm convinced ita because of the kit and the tablets we took. Absolutely recommended this kit. It's worth every penny

Writing this review while currently using one of the discs. It’s a great little kit for home insemination or artificial insemination. The leaflet is great, gave me information I didn’t already know (like keeping the syringe inside) and the instructions were clear. The pots were just right, the fertility lube was so easy to use and the discs while a bit fiddly to insert absolutely keep the sperm inside. The only thing I’d change about this kit is the syringes - they’re long with huge handles and very thin, and kept coming out a bit spilling sperm, plus I couldn’t fit the entire sperm sample in the syringe so sperm was wasted. The second go round I used a 20ml fatter, shorter syringe (not part of this kit) that got all the sperm and actually fit completely inside me as it didn’t have handles, and no sperm leaked out. That said, it’s still such a handy kit instead of buying everything separately and everything is thought of. I especially like the discs as it means afterwards I can move around knowing I’m not losing any sperm by standing up.

THIS IS A REAL REVIEW. Genuinely, this is real. Not paid for, or submitted by a fake account but a genuinely honest review and I emphasise that because anyone else in a similar position to us should feel confident believing this product will help them as it did us. Long-story short, my partner and I had been trying for a child for 9 months with no success, not least because I (fit, healthy 34 year old male) am struggling with low testosterone (and by extension, low sex drive and erectile issues) which was causing hassle and a huge inhibition to trying for our first child. After some discussion we thought we'd try some form of 'basting kit' to help give us a better chance of success. Stumbled across this product after a quick search and FIRST ATTEMPT, we are PREGNANT! If that doesn't scream proof of concept, I don't know what does. The kit is easy and simple to use. Is clean, tidy and doesn't need much explanation. I've seen comments on other kits talk about "the tip being expertly moulded to support sperm ejection" etc.... there might be science too it, but this kit certainly hasn't failed us so I'll put my full weight behind rating and recommending it to anyone struggling to conceive. I'm going to be a Dad, and I have this kit to thank for it!

After 4 years of trying to conceive and a failed IUI attempt, my husband and I were feeling hopeless. I have low AMH, and clinical treatments like IUI/IVF felt too invasive and out of reach financially. I came across the Tilly Blooms home insemination kit on Amazon and, after reading so many great reviews, decided to give it a try. The kit was easy to use, and although it took a few attempts, I’m now 20 weeks pregnant with our baby girl! We’re so grateful for this option. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because some of the syringes were a bit stiff, which made it a little difficult to push the semen out smoothly. Still, thank you SO much, Tilly Blooms — your kit is giving real hope to people who are struggling to conceive without going through expensive or invasive procedures.

My wife and I used this kit for home insemination with a known donor. Me and the donor took good quality preconception vitamins in the months leading up, made healthy lifestyle changes and I tracked ovulation using the strips provided. Neither of us had any known fertility problems. Worked second cycle doing 3 inseminations before and on ovulation day 🙏🏻 Says single use syringes but I work in the medical field and didn't see why we could only use them once if we washed and sterilized them so we did - clearly didn't cause a problem for us! I'm now pregnant and we are over the moon.

The syringes are great, but I'm very disappointed they're now randomly including a canvas bag. This cannot be used - so it will have to just be thrown away. The syringes are already individually wrapped so there is no use for an extra bag in this context, and I would never be able to use it for anything else as it says "Tily Blooms" in massive letters on it, which anyone could google to see it is a company providing items for artificial insemination - which is not something I want people knowing! I feel this bag is a waste of my money so I'd rather the price was reduced than we received a bag which goes straight in the bin. Also this is not environmentally friendly. It seems this has not been thought through. 2 stars removed because of the bag.

We’d been trying to conceive for just three months when my husband suffered an injury so was temporarily out of action in the baby making department. Although I was sceptical, we decided to give these a go rather than postpone until he recovered and I’m so glad we did, as I’m pregnant after our first try. Absolutely over the moon and would recommend this product to anyone!
