I can't praise this backpack enough. It is so well made with padding on the straps and well engineered zippers. Love the section for clothing. I use packing cubes when I travel and 2 of the medium size cubes fit perfectly in that section with just enough room left to the side for a pair of shoes. I can easily pack my bathing suit and 5-6 days of leisure wear in the cubes and that still leaves all the other compartments for my tablet and he rest of the stuff I usually bring when I travel. Frankly, I am surprised this was so reassembly priced. In my mind it surpasses in quality to others I've had that I paid far more for. Be aware that I rarely leave reviews, but just had to in this case.

I. LOVE. THIS. BAG. I was looking at a similar bag online that I just loved. I couldn't bring myself to spend $175 on it though. I started to look around and saw this one. Had all of the same features, except a shoulder strap to convert it into a duffle. I love the color and the look of the bag. The shoulder straps are comfortable when full. I took this and a carry on for an 11 night cruise and it was plenty big enough (and I have plus size clothes). I did hook a shoulder/crossbody strap to the side buckles to carry as a duffle and it worked out OK. Maybe not as effective as if it had a separate strap, but it gave me extra options.

I needed a larger backpack for my recent trip. ( I have a smaller one with this similar style). This looked just a little larger but it ended up up fitting so much more stuff. The quality is top notch and much sturdier than others I’ve seen. There are so many pockets as well. As far as fitting under the seat on the plane, it didn’t fit all the way- it stuck out about 6 inches but the flight attendants didn’t say anything. So it will go under the seats ( more difficult on the window seat because there is the wall curves a bit), but it may interfere with your leg space. Just put it in the overhead area. Plus mine was stuffed to the hilt so I’m sure that help matters. I got another one for my husband

This bag is a nice size and has a lot of great features including the charging port, inside pockets, and space for clothes and laptop, if needed, for travel. Everything can stay organized and the secret pocket in the back is well hidden. The padding makes it very comfortable to wear. This bag is a great value for the size. I haven't used it for travel yet, which is why it gets a 4 out of 5.

Very sturdy and well put together on top of being pretty and the packing cubes not being mesh add value.
