Samsung Galaxy Xcover 7 Black 6.6 Inch 128GB 5G Enterprise Edition

This is the 18th XCover 7 we have purchased (for business). These are used for collecting Signatures on deliveries and for Google Maps, WhatsApp and our Transport App etc. Our drivers have had no issues with the handsets. If you are looking for a Samsung S25, buy an S25, these phones are functional and very hard wearing, the battery life is great (essential for our work). We have had the XCover4 and XCover 4s in the past and as soon as I get them and set them up, I put a screen protector on and a silicone case, when it comes to upgrading the phones they look like brand new, it's well worth taking the precaution at the start. I would recommend these phones for a working phone, they have dual SIM slots a micro SD and a nano SD and also the capability to add an eSIM. To date I have had no reports of water ingress issues. Great phones.

The phone has stopped charging twice in 10 months. Poor quality and a known fault. First time was covered under warranty but Samsung will not cover it the second time due to a cracked camera lense. These issues are not related. This is supposed to be a ruggedised phone. Otherwise the phone is fine. But what good is a phone that won't charge.
