I thought Id try this brand. I liked it. It tastes good. I felt like it was effective as it claims. It was super easy and convenient to use especially on the go. Overall great value for the money.

I rarely write reviews but I felt I needed to share on this product. First I didn't get all the packets that I paid for but the worst was I drunk one packet and I felt a terrible headache on the left side of my head. I was unable to lift my head and I stayed in the bed for two days. My stomach was hurting too. No I would not recommend this product unless you consider seeing a physician first and you still may get a headache. Be careful unless you have time to waste. This was not for me
