This red light Mask for neck and chest has been a fantastic addition to my skincare routine. I did have a minor issue at first, but their customer service was top-notch and resolved it quickly. I’m really impressed with both the product and the support. I would post a picture but no one wants to see my neck. HOWEVER this has been effective. There are other companies offering the same product at an astronomical price, this is SO much better. I bought one of those other products that starts with an e and ends with tone. The thing is so bloody heavy. This is perfect. You charge and put it in your neck fit snugly and those the same thing for a fraction of the cost. Get one right now and help fight the signs of turkey neck....gobble...gobble my friends.

Update: the seller did finally send a replacement. Im going to use it for a few weeks and then i will update w a status.First I contacted the seller because the mask only would do red light and would not change pressing buttons. Seller kept asking for more and more video to prove this. Even thought I sent 3... then half the lights stopped working and moving the lights would just change on their own like there is a short or some type of wire issue. Emailed seller again w 8 pictures of this. No response.

I have been using the Red Light Therapy for Neck & Décolleté by Omnilux, for a couple of months now. I have been very happy with the results that I can see and feel on my skin in the short amount of time that I have been using it. My skin feels so much smoother and tighter than it did prior to beginning treatment with the device. I recently had a problem with the device & the customer service has been excellent at handling the problem and resolving the issue for me. I highly recommend the company if you are in the market for red light therapy.

I have spit on my chest near collarbone than my internet’s has been giving me cream for. About two years or so. No dermatologist so far. I bought this unit because it’s hands free. Have used it since receipt daily and the crusty itchy spot is nearly gone.

This is a very effective product. I’ve been using it in conjunction with the face mask and I’ve seen significant improvement with the clarity, brightening add elasticity of my skin both face and neck. I have purchased twice I used product a few weeks and on off switch stopped working I received the second and it happened the same way in same time frame Amazon was no help I would like a product for $100 that lasts more than a month I would like a replacement not a run around
