5 stars. This chewable enzyme helps digest large and small meals. It especially helps to digest the roughage of salads. Using this enzyme and Megafood brand Megaflora probiotic capsules (which I open and drink in water every morning ) I no longer have issues with burping, gas, heartburn or passing undigested food in my stools.

A tablet is not the best vehicle for enzymes. I feel like it degraded by the time I was at the end of the bottle.
