Decent canvases but a little lightweight

The quality is just absolutely appalling! The wood framing is way too weak and too thin! I found one of them having a piece of the wood under the linen at the corner missing which makes the whole canvas surface uneven. I had to put a thick layer of paint on the corner to even it all out optically. The fabric used is too thin. I doubt it’s even linen itself! One of the canvases tore at a corner already! Make sure you put a thick layer of gesso to stabilise the fabric if you are left with this rubbish yourself! I found one of the canvases missing the wedges as well. I wished I could return this rubbish however I already discarded the huge packaging. One is for sure … I will never purchase this brand ever again!!! With good will I purchased two packages of three and now I’m sitting on it!

Good value for nice tight canvasses

Canvas absorbed a lot of liquid white when preparing for wet on wet painting - used around three times as much liquid white to get the right wetness.

These are perfect for my children's Art classes. For a better paint grip you could gesso them first, but I don't with younger kids.
