This sleeping mat is a good value for the money and I had no problems getting it inflated or deflated and back into its storage bag. The inflation sack that was included was very easy to use and worked fairly quickly in getting the mat inflated to it's maximum thickness. I'm a side sleeper so it was important to me to have a mat thick enough to keep my hip off the ground and avoid any cold transmission or pain on the hip. The mat is just thick enough that I had no issues. I do worry that it might not work as well if it is used in very cold temps. Very nice for the cost.

Took it backpacking it held up and comfortable. 200 lb brother said it was very supportive.

The R value should be maybe a three, it’s not constructed like it shows . One end doesn’t have any insulation 9 or 10 inches. The valve sometimes leaks sometimes doesn’t. I’ve only used it twice but the 30 day warranty is up so I can’t return it.. as I had it only 45days. I just found out.
