Great service and great hose..never kinks always returns to its normal shape.

I had been eyeing this hose for a while but didn't buy it for so long because so many people complained about the length. I found those complaints to be very exaggerated. This is perfect for my back garden and it shockingly extends very far. It recoils to a neat and tidy length too, which is ideal. It's way better than the cheaper inferior options I've purchased in the past. Everything I've purchased from this brand has been a complete win.

Good quality, no leakage, durable

This had good reviews but I found it disappointing for several reasons. Firstly, the fittings do not attach either directly to a tap or to a standard click-fit adapter, or any other standard means, and there is no provided adapter with the hose. Secondly, the spray gun itself just isn't very versatile. It has a nozzle suitable for watering plants but is not much good for e.g. cleaning bikes at higher pressure. And lastly the hose being retractable is useful but its too stiff meaning that it doesn't stretch very far. Overall, I wouldn't buy again, especially given that its not even all that cheap

great hose as hangs on wall out of way and enough lenght for small garden and good soft spray head.

After years of leaky connections and dripping hoses, I slowly discovered the Gardena phenomenon and it now makes up my entire garden watering system -- four hoses, three sprayers and now this coiled garden hose. Gardena products are infinitely configurable, so every device can be connected -- again, without leaky connections, extra adapters and rusty connections. We have been through dozens of hoses and accessories over the years and I am confident we'll be sticking with Gardena products from now on. (I know this sounds like a paid endorsement but it's not! I just came in from setting up our hoses for summer and amazed myself with some new setup enhancements.)

I've used "curly" hoses before, and I think they're a great concept. Cheap ones don't last long though. I took a punt and paid top money for this item, and I'm glad I did. The quality is far and above anything I've seen before. I expect this to last a very long time. All Gardena products are high quality. I'm sick of throwing away cheap stuff. I'd rather be using a good tool than stuffing around buying (another) one.
