Delicious
This is a great substitute for having to grate a whole block. But fresh grated Parmesan cheese is always better. When you only need just one serving size. I made linguine with sauz summer lemon marinara tomato sauce. It was perfect bon appetite. I will recommend a friend.

Has A Nice Parmesan Taste
This is nice grated parmesan cheese. I had a little Kraft grated parm in the frig when this arrived. I did a side by side taste test. I think the taste of the 365 has a slightly stronger "parm taste". The grate is about the same. I think I would order this again.

It's very tasty and not ground to fine.
This is some realy good cheese. I didn't realize how bad the other brand was until I had this one. I put it on everything because it's so tasty.

First time purchasing this
I grew up with "grated cheese in a canister," but have come to think that cheese in a canister or jar is mostly filler and not at all good. I hadn't gone as far as to buy wedges of cheese to grate at home; however, for years I purchased the deli tubs of grated or shredded cheese. This product changed my mind. It's real cheese (with a little cellulose to prevent caking) and it TASTES like real cheese. Using the shaker is more convenient than spooning from a tub, and it's less likely to spill. I use it on all kinds of pasta and sometimes on pizza. For filled pasta like tortellini, I prefer butter with this cheese over red sauce. When we purchased this product through Prime Pantry, we got a great price. Since prices change, you'll have to assess the value for yourself.

Was not my favorite type of Parmesan cheese by any means
Bottom line up front on this, if you're used to the more "normal" taste of like Kraft Parmesan cheese, you might not like this. It's decidedly unique. I had a hard time trying to describe exactly why I didn't like this stuff, but it just tasted funky compared to what I was expecting. Maybe I'm just used to other brands of Parmesan cheese and this is my corrupted palate showing through, but I tried this on one serving of spaghetti and never went back to it. Not terrible, but not great either.
